My Pictures and Video of Gyeongbokgung

http://www.megaupload.com/?d=69F4825X

Finally finished. Ok, time for me to take more pictures and travel more. I will try to keep at least a weekly update on the weekends so that people don't get bored, and so that I can make sure I don't neglect this blog completely.

Interesting Book About a Christian Cult

Very interesting story about The Family, a secret cult who have politicians in time of need, and who also then have a fairly large say in American politics.

I am most interested in their interpretation of the Bible, particularly the New Testament.

One Month Down, Eleven to Go......

I know I haven't updated in a while, but a lot of this work and social life is catching up to me. It is really hard to balance meeting new people and developing friendships along with teaching lesson planning and ect. along with making sure I have time to play basketball and workout.

Just a little nap is all I need.......

I need more sleep as well, because I have been really tired at work lately, to the point where I have dozed off while technically teaching. (which is never good, but I was just waiting for the students to finish a test one time and another time they were getting work done). I have stayed up late may times this past week because a certain someone (who shall remain nameless) believes she is the only one sacrificing her sleep schedule to talk to me on skype.

Ms. Poo-poo Pants

There seems to be no more time available to just relax, which is starting to get tiring. But at the same time, I am very glad to have these stresses than ones about the economy, or racial tension, or political issues because none of that is here.

1) My job is more than safe.

2) I've faced much more racial tension in Boston or Maryland for that matter. (I'm looking at you, Frostburg.) In fact, this racial climate has really mellowed me out. I feel a lot calmer here and I'm not nearly as irritated all the time.

3) Politics are not an issue for dispute here. There are some hardcore protests, but people are not really concerned about the direction of their government for the most part.

So after the day is over, all my problems go back to my packed schedule, which is not looking so bad after all.

P.S. - I don't know. I was just feeling cats for some reason......

P.S.S.- I am finally uploading all my pictures of the palaces I've been to so far, and will put up the link as soon as thats finished
